Senwell is staffed by people who have made cosmetic packaging for a long time, running equipment specified for the work rather than inherited from it. Engineering and program management come from two decades of producing beauty components at volume, and the presses, robots, and coating lines were selected to match that standard.
We make rigid components — caps, closures, bases, collars, and assembled units — for cosmetics, color, skincare, and personal care brands. Work arrives in every form: finished drawings, an existing mold that needs retooling, or a competitor's sample and a target cost. All three are normal starting points.
For brands adding a second country of origin, Vietnam production is the practical reason most clients find us. For brands starting fresh, it's usually the price of a new tool against the quality of the finish. Either way, the answer comes from the same floor.
